I say good on the linesman for doing something about it an exercising his power, because most referees and linesman would probably and DO probably turn deaf ears on these kind of things unless it’s clear the insulted player heard it and expressed offense at it.
Because, you know, the machismo and complacency in this sport is ridiculous.

I guess I can’t complain about this New Year’s too much… I mean, last year I was at a party hosted by friends of the Clintons.
